Surprise Airport Proposal // Logan Wedding Photographer

Cord reached out to us about shooting the surprise airport proposal he had planned for Maddie. They had already booked their wedding package with us (which we highly recommend, by the way!) and we were able to pull off this proposal as soon as Maddie’s custom ring was finished. He’s an aviation student and took Maddie on a short flight overlooking Cache Valley. It was a windy day so they didn’t fly as far as they had planned, but they were still able to circle over the snow-capped mountains. When they landed, we were there to capture the surprise! Maddie was confused to see people with cameras walking out of the airport, but then she turned and saw Cord down on one knee. Her reaction to his surprise proposal was so tender. It truly was an honor to photograph this special moment.

Maddie’s was just as shocked by Cord’s surprise airport proposal as she was to seeing her ring for the first time. Her ring from Jerrick’s Jewelry is a the perfect mix between classic and unique. It features an oval center diamond and spaced accent diamonds along the band. Can you even handle this cute reaction when he put the engagement ring on her finger?! She literally jumped up and down. We can’t wait for their upcoming wedding in Arizona!

Maddie’s whole family surprised them by coming to celebrate their engagement. There were happy tears all around! We truly love seeing our clients’ love celebrated by their family and friends.
